Airport Commerce Park
- The first mission-critical facility development on this campus is a multi-story restricted-access facility with 28’ clear height, engineered to meet stringent life science research and manufacturing quality standards (e.g. resilience, reliability, security, flexibility, business continuity) similar to those engineered within Data Centers as well as other Class A mission-critical facilities.
- First building of three is ~155,000 square feet and is constructed with concrete tilt-up walls, built-up fire and vapor barrier roofing systems and extensive redundant sub-system infrastructure, security, and fire systems.
- Extensive redundant electrical infrastructure, N+2 emergency generator power, and sophisticated fire detection and abatement systems are essential elements of each mission-critical facility.
Airport Commerce Park is an ~24.5-acre mission-critical facility campus that contains one ~155,000 square foot Life Sciences facility and two additional Site Plan approved pad sites, enabling another ~500,000 square foot development of equal or larger mission-critical facilities in Leesburg, Virginia.
This campus is located about 15 miles northwest of the Dulles International Airport and is part of Loudoun County, one of the most prosperous and fastest growing counties in the United States of America.
